30-DAY RETURNS
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return or exchange any unworn, unwashed item with original tags. We want you to be stoked on what you wear.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Email support@timberninja.com with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label (within the U.S.) or instructions if you're outside it.
- Drop the package off and we'll process the return within 3–5 business days of receiving it.
REFUNDS
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. You'll get an email when we process it.
WHAT WE CAN'T ACCEPT
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items missing original tags
- Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
- Custom or personalized orders
DEFECTS
If your gear has a defect — busted seam, misprint, anything we got wrong on our end — email us with a photo and we'll replace it free, no return needed. We stand behind everything we ship.
